Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the pav888 platform, you agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you are advised to discontinue use of the platform.

Pav888 is strictly for users aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date.

Account Creation & Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the pav888 platform. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without any refund of remaining balances.

Upon registration, you agree to:

  • Providing your full name, a valid email address, and an active phone number that can be verified.
  • Not sharing your login credentials with any other party.
  • Notify pav888 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
  • Keeping your password confidential and changing it regularly for added security.

Pav888 will not be held liable for any losses arising from your failure to protect your login credentials. Two-factor authentication is available, and you are strongly encouraged to enable it for added account security.

Pav888 reserves the right to suspend or close any account found to be in breach of these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any activity that violates Malaysian law. The decision to suspend or close an account is final and rests solely at pav888's discretion.

User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

As a pav888 platform user, you agree not to:

  • Using the platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law or the laws of any applicable jurisdiction.
  • Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or techniques that compromise the integrity of gameplay or platform operations.
  • Sharing or selling access to your account to any other party.
  • Attempting to hack, breach, or interfere with the security systems of the pav888 platform.
  • Spreading false, misleading, or defamatory information about the platform or its users.
  • Engaging in any form of fraud, including the use of stolen or unauthorised payment information.

Users are fully responsible for all activity carried out through their accounts. Any breach of the above rules may result in legal action and account closure without notice. pav888 reserves the right to report any suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.

Payments, Deposits & Transactions

All financial transactions on the pav888 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits can be made via supported payment methods including FPX, DuitNow, and digital wallets listed on the platform.

A few important points regarding payments:

  • Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe specified for each payment method.
  • Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are as stated in the relevant section of the platform.
  • All withdrawal requests are subject to a compliance review before processing. This process may take between 1 to 3 business days.
  • The bank account name used for withdrawals must match the name registered on your pav888 account. Any name discrepancy may result in delays or rejection of the withdrawal.
  • Pav888 does not cover any charges or fees imposed by your bank or payment service provider.
  • Any attempt to initiate unauthorised chargebacks or credit card disputes against valid deposits may result in immediate account closure.

Pav888 reserves the right to withhold payments or delay withdrawal processing where there are signs of fraudulent activity or a breach of terms, pending investigation.

Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Limitation of Liability

Pav888 provides this platform on an "as is" basis without any warranties, express or implied. pav888 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the platform, including financial losses from betting activity, service disruptions, or technical failures beyond our control.

In cases where pav888 is found liable, our maximum liability is limited to the total amount you have deposited in the 30 days preceding the relevant incident.

Intellectual Property

All content on the pav888 platform — including logos, text, graphics, interface layouts, and software code — is the exclusive property of pav888 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from pav888.

Third-Party Links

The pav888 platform may contain links or references to third-party services such as game providers or payment processors. pav888 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.

Any disputes arising in connection with the pav888 platform shall be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts for the resolution of any claims or disputes.

Should any provision of these Terms & Conditions be found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be interpreted to the maximum extent possible in accordance with the original intent of the parties, while all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
